Indications

• For all types of wounds and ulcers, including necrotic and/or infected wounds, with low to high levels of exudation – regardless of aetiology.
• Effective on deep cavity wounds and flat/shallow wounds.
• Suitable for difficult-to-dress areas.

Safe

The ingredients are known to be safe and non-toxic. No serious adverse events and allergic reactions have been seen and no contraindications established. There is no known risk of inducing bacterial resistance.

Storage

SertaSil is temperature sensitive and needs to be stored in a refrigerator between 2-8 degrees Celcius. Caution should be taken not to expose SertaSil to high temperatures, i.e. above 25 degrees Celcius and to limit the amount of time not kept under temperature controlled conditions.

Withholding period

SertaSil is not associated with any withholding times.

Doping issues

The ingredients are not regulated by the International Doping Agency or FEI.

Classification

SertaSil is classified as a medical device and can be exported to most countries.
